Mancello is the mandarin version of limoncello. It is made in the same tradition way as limoncello. Only the zest of high quality Imperial mandarins is used for flavour and macerated in our own premium grape spirit.
The colour is vivid yellow. Manderino has a strong pleasant citrus nose and is intense and fiery on the palate. The aftertaste is a long and lingering mandarin zest/bitter orange like flavour.
It is best served over ice as a digestive after a meal or as dessert over ice cream but can also be used in cocktails or with fruit juice.
Mancello is lower in alcohol (25% ABV) than the Mandarino liqueur (38% ABV)
